Hello all! Naida Freeman here, Therapeutic Chef from The Wellness Kitchen(TWK).
Like all of you, I am saddened with the news that TWK will no longer be providing nutritious meals to the community. We have all been so fortunate to experience what TWK had to offer, the love that surrounded it, and the many people who have been helped by it. I feel very honored to have worked alongside the wonderful staff, volunteers, and of course, alongside the founder, Nancy Walker.
My heart goes out to all of you during this difficult time. I understand how challenging it can be to stay healthy and calm during these times. That is why I have decided to start a meal delivery service in San Luis Obispo County to continue providing healthy and delicious meals to those that are interested.
Through my education at Bauman College, and my experience working as the chef at TWK, I have developed the skills and knowledge to provide meals that are not only nutrient dense, but full of flavor. In addition to my own recipes, I will be providing many of your favorite meals from TWK; thank you Nancy!!
My focus is to use organic, unprocessed, and local ingredients as much as possible. There will be options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan. I also specialize in highly specific diets like paleo, whole-30, low-carb/keto, autoimmune protocol, and will be more than happy to accommodate with any food allergy or restrictions.
